Stanford & Oxford consists of 82 apartments across two boutique buildings, named so as a nod to two great educational institutions and acknowledging its location in one of Queensland’s largest knowledge and health precincts.  Dutton Park is a suburb that Stockwell has a long association with having delivered nearby Dutton Place and neighbouring buildings at 21 and 31 Peter Doherty Street, all continuing to be managed by Stockwell.  The association with Dutton Park will continue as Stockwell commences construction on Boggo Road Village providing convenience retail, services and health and medical suites for residents, visitors, and workers alike.
