Sussan - Noosa Civic
Noosa Civic saw strong momentum with new store openings, expansions or new locations of national and lifestyle favourites including Lorna Jane, Lovisa, Skechers, Sussan, Male Alchemy, Cotton On Mega, Bikini Hut. At Noosa Civic Medihub, healthcare services have expanded to include Icon Cancer Centre, Sunshine Coast Radiology, Dusk Till Dawn Sleep Centre, Noosa Civic Family Practice and more—meeting demand in this rapidly growing region.
Flagstone Central continued its evolution with the addition an expanded Anytime Fitness, and Zest Mortgage Solutions—reflecting the precinct’s role as a local hub for health, education and finance.
Bargara Central Hotel - Bargara
In regional locations, 1770 – Agnes Water Central welcomed Parker’s Bakery, while Bargara Central became home to Vu Bakery, Bargara Central Hotel, Bargara Medical Centre and Café Moon 83. At Northern Beaches Central and adjacent Showroom Precinct, tenants such as Pets Domain, Poolwerx, and The Cheesecake Shop added new layers to the retail offering.
