Additionally, Stockwell Living maintains open communication with the Strata Manager (Body Corporate Administrator) to ensure a seamless line of communication across all parties.

In cases where they are appointed as property managers for individual properties, Stockwell Living takes charge of finding tenants, inspecting property conditions, collecting rent, and managing repairs and maintenance on behalf of owners. They also ensure that all levies and rates are paid by the due date prior to the monthly disbursement of rental income.

Although Stockwell Living's managers do not reside onsite 24/7, they maintain an onsite office and a physical presence to ensure that the properties are well-maintained. Stockwell Living is involved in projects from the design phase through to settlement and beyond, boasting over a decade of experience and extensive knowledge of how well-functioning communities operate.
