2025 marked a significant year for Stockwell and Stockwell Private Capital, shaped by scale, momentum and strategic evolution. As Stockwell reached 73 years of operation, the business continued to build on its family-founded heritage, values and high-performance team, maintaining a clear focus on residential, retirement and retail property. With a development pipeline in excess of $8 billion, the year reinforced Stockwell’s long-term growth outlook and its ability to advance opportunities across varying markets.
For Stockwell Private Capital, 2025 proved to be a pivotal year. Strong investor support led to full subscription across a number of funds, including the Completed Stock Fund, Bankside Investment Fund, Solana Investment Fund, and Melbourne Street Investment Fund. These outcomes reflected a considered approach to asset selection, close alignment with Stockwell’s broader pipeline and a continued focus on managing risk and delivering consistent returns.
Notably, 2025 also marked a strategic shift shaped through direct consultation with investors. In response to evolving preferences and market conditions, Stockwell Private Capital moved away from single-asset funds and introduced the Stockwell Diversified Fund. This decision reflected a broader, portfolio-based approach designed to support long-term investment outcomes.
For the first time, Wholesale and Sophisticated Investors were offered the opportunity to co-invest and benefit from the same diversified strategy that underpins Stockwell’s development pipeline. The Stockwell Diversified Fund provides exposure across multiple projects, sectors and stages, supporting a more balanced approach while maintaining the alignment of interests that has long defined Stockwell’s private capital offering.
With the launch of the Stockwell Diversified Fund, Stockwell Private Capital reached a significant milestone, with 31 funds launched since inception and more than $900 million in capital and interest returned to investors since 2013. While past performance is not indicative of future performance, these outcomes reflect the depth of expertise across the business and the strength of Stockwell’s integrated model.
As Stockwell looks ahead, the foundations established in 2025 position Stockwell Private Capital to continue partnering with its family of investors, sharing success and supporting the creation of generational wealth through investment strategies aligned to Stockwell’s growing pipeline.
