The Melbourne Street Investment Fund supports the delivery of Stockwell’s mixed-use development at 175 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane. With development approvals secured, the project will include residential apartments, ground-floor retail, and ample parking — ideally positioned to meet demand for quality living near the CBD.

This fund offers a 12.0% p.a. capitalised return over 24 months. Returns are paid at maturity, providing a defined investment horizon and higher overall return profile. The investment is secured by a second mortgage.

Stockwell House Investment Fund

9.0% p.a. paid monthly | 18-month remaining term | Monthly income stream

Offered as a new class under the Stockwell Mortgage Income Trust, this fund is linked to Stockwell House — a mixed-use development under construction at 399 Montague Road, West End. The 10-storey building will include residential apartments, commercial space, and retail, and will be retained as an investment-grade asset and future home of the Stockwell head office.
