Georgina Madsen

Head of Delivery

Georgina brings to Stockwell over 25 years of experience in property development. Starting her career as a Development Manager at Stockwell, Georgie returned in 2017 to lead the Development team.

In her role as Head of Delivery, Georgie is responsible for leading the Stockwell team in the delivery of its development pipeline, including multi-residential, land-lease communities, commercial office projects, greenfield retail developments, and the redevelopment of existing retail centres.

Between her roles at Stockwell, Georgie spent 15 years working for Mirvac and Lendlease across the residential, retail and commercial sectors including the development of the State Tennis Centre, and the Brisbane Showgrounds precinct, a landmark placemaking project.

Georgie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and Masters of Real Estate from Bond University.
