Development Approval has been achieved for Hervey Bay Central. The 4.37-hectare site is approved as a staged development featuring a supermarket, retail, medical and commercial tenancies across ground and upper levels, a tavern with a drive-thru bottle shop, a child care centre, and a swim school. Together, these facilities will deliver a convenient retail and community hub, providing greater choice and amenity for the growing Hervey Bay region.
