General Manager Leasing

Lincoln joined Stockwell in 2021 as General Manager – Leasing. Heading up Stockwell’s retail and commercial leasing business, Lincoln manages a team of leasing executives, lease administrators, tenancy co-ordinators and delivery specialists.

In his role, Lincoln drives the tenant mix across Stockwell’s portfolio of operating centres and retail development projects in south-east and regional Queensland. Delivering long term sustainable outcomes for both landlord and tenants is Lincoln’s priority ensuring positive commercial results.

Lincoln has held key national and regional positions on both sides of the landlord and tenant relationship. This includes time at Coles, Gloria Jeans Coffee, Dick Smith Electronics and most recently SCA Property Group.
