The Trust will provide Investors with the opportunity to invest alongside Stockwell which has over 65 years experience in asset management, development and investments. Further benefits include: 

  • Stockwell will own Units in the Trust, which will align the interests of the Development Manager, Stockwell Development Group Pty Ltd, with those of other Investors;

  • The Noosa Civic Property Trust will acquire Noosa Civic, a property comprising of the existing income producing retail and commercial components and approximately 8.0 hectares of future expansion land.

  • The Property offers security of income through Woolworths and Big W as an anchor tenants with 13.1 years and 8.1 years respectively, both carry 2 x10 year options;

  • Woolworths and Big W trade, respectively, at 30% and 18% above benchmark rates per square metre.

  • Located in Noosa approximately 1hr 45 mins drive north of Brisbane and 25 minutes from The Sunshine Coast airport.
