The Noosa Civic Property Trust will acquire Noosa Civic, a property comprising of the existing income producing retail and commercial components and approximately 8.0 hectares of future expansion land.
The Property offers security of income through Woolworths and Big W as an anchor tenants with 13.1 years and 8.1 years respectively, both carry 2 x10 year options;
Woolworths and Big W trade, respectively, at 30% and 18% above benchmark rates per square metre.
