As your building manager, Stockwell Living have been appointed by the body corporate to look after the operational management of the building and its facilities.

We liaise and supervise various contractors and suppliers carrying out maintenance and upgrades. We manage security, cleaning, property maintenance and undertake day-to-day administrative tasks and enforcing by-laws.  In turn we also liaise with the Strata Manager – the Body Corporate Administrator and provide a seamless line of communication across all parties.

Where we have been appointed as a property manager for an individual property, we find tenants, inspect the condition of the property, receive rent and manage repairs and maintenance on an owners’ behalf as well as ensuring all of your levies and rates are paid by the due date prior to the monthly disbursement of your rental income.

Whilst our managers don’t live onsite 24/7, we do work out of the building and manage your properties and the entire complex out of an office.  There is a daily presence to ensure that the common property is maintained to the highest level.  As we have been involved with the project from your search through to your settlement, we have a strong understanding of the building.

Secondly, residents enjoy an extra level of privacy, as the property manager is not there 24/7

  • For landlords, our team can show potential tenants through an apartment for an inspection with relatively short notice, and

  • With managing 900 properties across the Stockwell portfolio, we have experience in the legislation around body corporates, landlord liability and how owners can get the best out of their property. And because our properties are concentrated in key areas (Dutton Park and West End) we have deep market insights and are quick to respond including when you should be raising your rent prices or selling property on your behalf.
