The Solana Investment Fund (SMIT-FM2)
The Solana Investment Fund (SMIT-FM2) brings together a portfolio of land lease communities across key Queensland locations, offering Wholesale and Sophisticated Investors the opportunity to co-invest with Stockwell. With multiple communities progressing across the Solana Lifestyle Resorts portfolio, this latest opportunity provides exposure to a growing pipeline of projects supported by an established delivery model.
The Fund offers a fixed return of 10.0% p.a. paid monthly, over a 12-24 month term from the date of investment.
Structured over a defined investment term, the Fund supports the continued growth of the Solana Lifestyle Resorts portfolio. As the portfolio expands, it enables the acquisition and delivery of well-located communities across Queensland’s coastal and regional markets, thereby contributing to a broader, more diversified pipeline.
This growth is already underway across locations, including Mackay and 1770 – Agnes Water, where communities are progressing and continuing to evolve. Each project forms part of a considered portfolio approach, supporting the ongoing expansion of the Solana brand. At Bargara, development approval has recently been achieved, marking the next stage of growth within the pipeline.
Stockwell has been delivering property projects for over 74 years, with an integrated model spanning the full lifecycle of each project. From acquisition and design through to construction, sales, and ongoing management, this approach enables greater oversight and a consistent focus on risk management and delivering outcomes at each stage.
As with all Stockwell Private Capital opportunities, the focus remains on managing risk and delivering reliable, risk-adjusted returns through carefully selected projects.
A limited allocation is currently available within the Solana Investment Fund. Wholesale and Sophisticated Investors can register their interest to learn more about this opportunity and how to co-invest with Stockwell: https://www.stockwell.com.au/smit-fm2
