Stockwell has extensive experience in providing residential solutions for downsizers/retirees for independent living delivered through its apartment projects within inner Brisbane. In 2015, Stockwell made the decision to bring this expertise to the more affordable end of the downsizer market and be a part of the movement to provide an alternative to the traditional “deferred management fee” retirement offer.
